Conference registration (May 11th - September 20th)

Registration is open from May 15th to September 20th

The last day for early bird registration is June 6th .
Starting from September 1st a late fee will be added.

Cancellation

Notifications of cancellation should be sent in English to europarc2010@parcoabruzzo.it.
A cancellation fee of €50 will be charged.
From August 1st the cancellation fee will be 50% of the registration fee.
From September 20th no repayments of conference fees will be made.

Payment information

The conference fee covers all transfers, meals, excursions, workshops and documentation. (Please note: hotel accommodations and pre-conference are not covered by the conference fee.)
The registration fee should be paid in advance.

The conference fee should be paid in EURO. We encourage participants to pay hotels by bank transfer in advance.
