A meeting place between art and popular culture, where the zampogna, a musical instrument of ancient origins, interprets the world of sheep-farming and popular traditions of Scapoli, on a journey that crosses history, culture and the environment.
The Zampogna Museum is also the Info Point of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park
Opening times: In August 2020 the Visitor Centre is open on: 13 - 15 - 19 - 21 - 23 - 25 - 27 - 29.
The opening hours are: 10.00am - 1.00pm / 4.30pm - 7.30pm.
Entrance fee: The price of the entrance ticket is:
- full ticket: Euro 2.50
- reduced ticket: Euro 1.50 (children up to 18 years, people who have reached the age of 65, members of the Italian Touring Club with a valid card)
- Free admission for: people with disabilities and carers, tour guides accompanying groups, teachers accompanying school groups.
Any reservation must be made at:
info@museodellazampogna.it or by fax (no. 0865/954505), specifying in the request the day, time, number of participants (minimum 5 people), the name and a telephone contact of a Manager. For organizational reasons, it is recommended that the booking be communicated at least one week in advance of the day of the visit.
