In the heart of Abruzzo-Lazio-Molise National Park, in the wonderful village of Villavallelonga, 1005 m asl, there is Villavallelonga Bear Visitor Centre. The Centre is a Park structure, and its purpose is to provide information and education activities focused on the Marsican Brown Bear, symbol of the Park.

Opening times: TEMPORARILY CLOSED

How to reach us: The Bear Visitor Center is situated in via Colle di Marcandrea, at about 300m from the Town Hall. The Municipality of Villavallelonga is easily accessible from Rome (A25, Avezzano exit) or from Pescara (A25, Celano exit), following the directions to Trasacco.
